Damanhour University Council of Deans in its emergency

session deplores the decision of the US administration

to transfer its embassy to Jerusalem 

and stands in mourning for the martyrs of

Al-Rawda mosque in Sinai 

The Council of Deans of Damanhour University denounced in its emergency session held on Thursday, 7/12/2017,

the decision of the American administration to transfer the headquarters of its embassy to Jerusalem,

stressing the Arab identity of Jerusalem 

The Council also stood for  a minute in mourning for the martyrs of the victims of the bloody terrorist attack

at the Al Rawda mosque in Sinai. 

Professor Ebeed Saleh (Damanhour University Rector) denounced the decision  of the American administration

 to transfer its embassy to the city of Jerusalem, stressing the need  of an Arab unity  to emphasize the Arab identity of Jerusalem 

The  historical fact that does not deny the sanctity of this city to all the heavenly religions. 

His Excellency also condemned the brutal incident, which claimed the lives of more than 300 martyrs in the hands of terrorism,

asserting that these incidents will not affect unity of our unity especially In the presence of a wise leadership ,

 armed forces ,skilled police, high-ranking judiciary, and cooperative people.
