Within the University's efforts to include

the city of Rashid under the protection of UNESCO,  

the delegation of Damanhour University meets

the Minister of Antiquities in the presence of El Beheira Governor

and the popular and executive leadership. 

Sponsored by prof.Dr. Ebeed Saleh, Damanhour University Rector, the delegation of Damanhour University

met with HE Dr. Khaled Anani (Minister of Antiquities),

and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Abdel Latif (Assistant of the Minister of Antiquities - Head of the Islamic and Coptic Antiquities Sector)   

The university delegation included Prof. Ghada Ghattouri (Dean of the Faculty of Education)

and Prof. Nadia Andrews (Professor of French Language at the Faculty of Education) 

The meeting included a number of executive and popular leaders and representatives of local governmental organizations,

the environment, civilizational coordination, tourism, antiquities, endowments and security agencies, at Damanhour Cultural Complex.
