Signing of a protocol of cooperation between Damanhur University

and the Modern Agricultural Company (Pico)

Under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Ebeed Saleh, Damanhour University Rector, a  protocol was signed between Damanhur University

and the Modern Agriculture Company (Pico)

Headed by Eng. / Mohamed Diab, a leading company in the field of fruit cultivation and seedling production in Egypt.

(PICO) export to many countries around the world because of the quality of its products.

Dr. Ebeed  Saleh, University Rector , stressed the importance  of  the role of Pico as a leading agricultural company  

in the production and export of agricultural crops from  Egypt.

PICO is considered one of the most important companies that have a significant role in increasing the Egyptian national income of foreign currencies,

in addition, the company hired  70 students from the graduates of the Faculty of Agriculture and Commerce,

The university seeks  through this protocol the  reclamation of (200) acres in Nubaria, as it would be a good start to produce organic vegetables and vegetables,

 from which the staff of the University  will  benefit at reasonable prices.
