Damanhour University Rector inaugurates the training

program for trainers in the field of human development

at faculty and leadership development center (TOT)

Dr. Ebeed saleh, Damanhour University Rector, attended the training of trainers course (tot)

lectured by Dr. Mohamed fawzy, lecturer at the Faculty of Education, Damanhour University and accredited trainer for developing

the skills of teaching staff members in Egyptian and   Arab Universities.

Dr.Ebeed saleh expressed his great satisfaction and happiness with the participants because of their interest in developing

their skills and self-development; asserting that the success of any training program lies in changing the behavior and practices

of the participants in their workplaces. In this regard, Dr. Ebeed Saleh assigned faculty and leadership development center to supervise

the participants in their workplaces to verify the impact of the training.
