the President of Damanhour University attends the launch

of the (Choose your faculty) Conference in the presence of

the Governor of Al Beheira

The activities of the (Choose your faculty) conference were launched under the auspices of Dr. Jackleen Azer, Governor of Al Beheira,

and Prof. Dr. Elhamy Trabees, President of Damanhour University. This event also saw the participation of Damanhour University,

Alexandria University, and Kafr El-Sheikh University, with coordination provided by the Library of Alexandria. The conference

took place at the Damanhour Cultural Complex.

In his opening speech, Prof. Dr. Trabees welcomed the participating students, congratulating them on their success in high school.

He emphasized the significance of the conference as a guiding platform designed to help high school graduates select

the faculty that aligns with their interests and abilities.

He praised the students' awareness and eagerness to participate in the event, as well as their genuine desire to learn

how to make informed decisions about the most suitable college for each of them. He stated that the first step to success

is selecting a faculty that sparks your interest, as it fosters commitment and helps you achieve your goals. Furthermore, he noted

that the conference would feature a presentation on the new academic programs at Damanhour National University.

Dr. Jackleen emphasized that Al Beheira Governorate mobilizes all its resources to support and empower youth, emphasizing

that the conference targets high school students to introduce them to the different academic systems of each faculty

and the career opportunities available after graduation.
