Ebeed Saleh: "Loyalty, Affiliation, and Citizenship"

is an Additional Subject for Students at Damanhour University

During Damanhour University’s Council, Prof. Dr. Ebeed Saleh – Rector of the University -

indicated the beginning of the university’s plan to raise students’ awareness of the concepts of belonging,

loyalty and citizenship, in cooperation with the university Vice-presidents, and Deans of faculties. 

Ebeed affirmed the necessity of determining some academic subjects, such as affiliation, loyalty, citizenship,

and the Egyptian National Security to be taught to students by an elite of officers at Nasser Military Academy.

According to the university's educational role to create a generation capable of building a country that faces all challenges,

Ebeed also stressed that it is necessary not to allow destructive currents to spoil the minds of our youth.

Moreover, the honorable Egyptian national symbols should be more highlighted,

and students should be introduced to the most important values to maintain social interconnection among youth.
