Rector of Damanhour University Participates at

Distance Education Lectures for

Veterinary Medicine Students

According to the keenness of Prof. Dr. Ebeed Saleh - Rector of Damanhour University -

on supervising and following up the efficiency of the distance education system for both students and researchers

in all faculties of the university, as well as following the progress of the educational system during the period of suspension of the study,

which is due to the current conditions of the country, His Excellency, via video conference technology ,

through Microsoft Team Application, followed up a lecture on infectious diseases at the faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

Moreover, a research plan, presented by a Kuwaiti Student to obtain a master's degree in education,

was also discussed via the video conferencing technology.

Also, a questionnaire was conducted on the university’s website to measure the students’ satisfaction with distance learning.

The questionnaire included a set of performance evaluation questions to address the shortcomings in the distance learning system,

as well as identifying the needs of students, which will help to raise the efficiency of the educational process at the university as a whole.
