Students with Visual Impairment Express their Admiration for Distance Education at

Damanhour University

Some students with visual impairment at the Faculty of Arts - Damanhour University -

expressed their admiration for distance learning technology that help them exchange information and lectures easily and clearly. 

Mustafa Sobhi Rumaih – a second-year student at the Faculty of Arts – said "On behalf of all blind students in the Faculty of Arts

in various departments, I thank and appreciate Prof. Dr. Ebeed Saleh - Rector of Damanhour University -

for his interest and support for students with special abilities. Due to the current circumstances of the country,

His Excellency commanded to convert the academic subjects into electronic ones and provide audio lectures

through the electronic learning platforms of the faculty. Therefore, learning became easier for all students".

Moreover, Mustafa thanked Prof. Dr. Hanan El Shafei - Dean of the Faculty of Arts - and Heads of the faculty departments.

Ebeed emphasized the university’s keenness to support and encourage all students with special abilities,

who have overcome darkness on their scientific path.
