Damanhour University Rector honors Enactus team

Prof. Dr. Ebeed Saleh, Damanhour University rector honored Enactus team for its entrepreneurship

at the level of public and private universities for winning the following positions:

 - The first position in the empowerment of eligible categories.

-  The Second position in entrepreneurship.

 - Obtaining a certificate stating that the university is one of the top 10 universities all over the Egyptian universities.

Ebeed emphasized that the team aims at serving the community, achieving the goals of sustainable development

and planning to implement  the projects of Egypt's Vision 2030 that achieve economic returns,

taking into account the environmental dimension, such as recycling of wastes and providing alternative sources of clean energy.

It should be noted that:

Damanhour team is composed of 250 students from all the faculties of the university.

The academic supervisor of the team is Dr. Khalid Rahouma.

The team leader is Dr. Hamdy Kotb.

Enactus Global Foundation collaborates with the United Nations focusing on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

Enactus works with 550 global companies and organizations as its partners.

Enactus is an international non-profit organization working in cooperation with 1700 universities and 70,500 students, from 36 countries.

 Enactus was established in 1975 and is based in the USA.
