Damanhour University wins Second Place in Beach Football

at the Level of the Egyptian Universities.

Damanhour University football team won the second place at the level of Egyptian universities

in the activities of the first beach soccer championship of the Egyptian universities.

The championship was organized by Damietta university in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports

during the period from 5 to 6 August.

Prof. Dr. Ebeed Saleh ,Damanhour University Rector, emphasized  the importance of encouraging sports activities

in the Egyptian universities campuses especially during summer vacation.  He also added that the role of universities

is not limited to educational process but it rather extends to include the preparation of young people  to be qualified  scientifically, 

culturally as well as in sports.
