Damanhour University Delegation discusses with the UAE

Technical Attaché Opportunities for Advancing International

Education and Attracting International Students 

As part of Damanhour University's efforts to strengthen academic collaboration and expand its engagement with international

academic institutions, an official university delegation, comprising Prof. Dr. Tayser Shady, Executive Director of the International

Student Affairs Office, and Mr. Samir Abdel Rahman, visited Ms. Eman Al-Hosany, Technical Attaché at the Educational,

Scientific, and Technological Bureau of the UAE Embassy in Cairo. Mr. Amr Abdel Ghany, Student Affairs Specialist at the embassy,

attended the meeting. This visit was held under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Elhamy Trabees, President of Damanhour University,

reflecting the university’s commitment to developing its international student system in alignment with presidential directives.

During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Shady emphasized the university's dedication to strengthening relationships with both Arab and

international universities and providing full support to its international students, who serve as ambassadors for the university

in their countries. She highlighted the university’s efforts to modernize its infrastructure, academic and research programs,

and to achieve international accreditation.

Ms. Eman Al-Hosany expressed her pride in the strong Egyptian-Emirati relations and the esteemed status of Egypt and its people

in the UAE. She also praised the role of Egyptian universities in promoting education and elevating it to world-class standards.
