Institutions, the President of Damanhour University receives

a High-Level Delegation from Shandong University, China,

to discuss Areas of Cooperation

Prof. Dr. Elhamy Trabees, President of Damanhour University, received a high-level delegation from the Shandong University Alliance

in China. The delegation included Ms. Zihouna and Mr. Hong Butao, representatives of the Shandong University Alliance,

to explore avenues of cooperation in various academic and research fields between Damanhour and Shandong Universities.

The meeting was also attended by Prof. Dr. Maged Wasfy, Director of the International Cooperation Office at Damanhour University.

At the beginning of the meeting, Trabees welcomed the delegation, emphasizing the deep historical and strategic relations between Egypt

and China, which have witnessed significant development across various fields. He stated that Damanhour University is committed

to implementing Egypt’s national strategy for higher education and scientific research, as well as Egypt's Vision 2030.

During the meeting, Trabees presented an overview of Damanhour University, its faculties, academic programs, and the services

and facilities provided to students to ensure a distinguished educational and research environment. The discussions also addressed

potential scientific and training collaborations across several sectors, including the medical field (Faculties of Nursing and Pharmacy),

the engineering sector (Engineering and Artificial Intelligence), and the Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine sectors.

Both sides agreed on a structured timeframe for the exchange of expertise between the two universities.
