(Ramadan and Building a Conscious Personality)

A Symposium by the Grand Mufti of Egypt at Damanhour University

Today, a symposium titled "Ramadan and Building a Conscious Personality"

was conducted by His Eminence Prof. Dr. Shawqy Allam - Grand Mufti of Egypt,

under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour - Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research

and Prof. Dr. Elhamy Tarabees - President of Damanhour University.

The symposium was held in the presence of university Vice Presidents, faculty Deans,

Vice Deans, staff members, administrators, and several students from the Students for Egypt family.

The event was organized according to the directives of His Excellency Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic,

to focus on youth and university students.

During the symposium, His Eminence the Mufti emphasized the importance of youth utilizing their youthfulness

to contribute to the nation's development, guided by Islamic teachings and the principles of moderation and centrism.

He cautioned against misleading ideas that can negatively impact the youth. Moreover,

His Eminence the Mufti highlighted the opportunities that the Holy Month of Ramadan provides for personality development,

change, and growth.
