The Council of Ministers Issues a Decision

to Complete the Construction of the Faculty of Medicine and the University Hospital

at Damanhour University

    The Council of Damanhour University was held today under the chairmanship of

Prof. Dr. Elhamy Tarabees - President of Damanhour University, at the Faculty of Nursing in the presence of the Council members.

The Council thanked Prof. Dr. Mostafa Madbouly - Prime Minister,

and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour - Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research,

for their full support in completing the buildings and construction of the University Hospital and the Faculty of Medicine.

The Council approved some decisions, including:

-  Allocating a place in the Faculty of Engineering to establish a professional development center in cooperation with the American University.

 -The formation of the university’s international cooperation team headed by Prof. Dr. Maged Wasfy - Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy.

 - Allocating buildings in Al-Bustan Complex and the University City as a nucleus for the establishment of Damanhour National University.

 -Approval to grant some academic degrees.
