Within the Framework of the Egyptian Industrial Initiative, Damanhour Engineering organizes

a Workshop on (Basics of Carpentry and Welding)

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Elhamy Trabees - President of Damanhour University, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Khairat -

Acting Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, and Prof. Dr. Emad El-Hout - Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental

Development Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mona Mabrouk - Acting Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs -

witnessed the activities of the (Basics of Carpentry and Welding) workshop at the Faculty of Engineering. The workshop targeted technicians and carpenters

in the university's departments. Eng. Ahmed Nebiwa - Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Power Engineering - lectured in the workshop.

He explained the manufacturing and welding processes of metals and some machines that serve the production and manufacturing process,

followed by a practical application to learn about machines and equipment.

Prof. Dr. Mona Mabrouk emphasized that the organization of the workshop comes from the keenness of Damanhour University,

headed by Prof. Dr. Elhamy Trabees, to participate in the national project for human development (A New Beginning for Human Development),

which aims to benefit citizens from all state resources fairly and effectively.
