The 42nd Popular and Military Defense Symposium in Damanhour University,

 

under the title (Army and People... One History)

 

 

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Abdel-Hamid El-Sayed Abdel-Hamid, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research -

and in cooperation with the Department of Military Education and the General Administration of Student Welfare at the university,

the Popular Defense Forces and Military Command organized the 42nd educational symposium under the title (Army and people… one history).

Major General / Walid Hamed Al-Hamaky - Commander of the Popular and Military Defense Forces,

and Major General / Mohammed Shawky Badr - General Secretary of Al-Behaira Governorate - attended the symposium.

Prof. Dr. Abdel Hamid affirmed the university's keenness to implement the strategy pursued by the political leadership of the Egyptian state

to develop the spirit of loyalty and belonging among all segments of Egyptian Society through holding many seminars

and educational meetings.

 The seminar program included the following:

- A lecture by Prof. Dr. Ghada Amer - Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Misr University for Science and Technology, on Metaverse Technology.

- A theatrical operetta entitled (We Love It) by the university students' team and the artist / Abdel Aziz Makhyoun.

- A singing show for the university choir.

- A lecture by His Eminence Sheikh / Essam El-Rouby, entitled (The Greatness of Egypt in the Holy Quran).

- A documentary film entitled (The Sinai Epic).

- A film about honoring the martyrs.
