1.  Students' Result

The students of some class have done 5 exams.

The file "Result.txt" contains the names and degrees of students.

Each row starts with a student name [first name, middle name and last name] followed by 5 degrees separated by spaces.

Write a program in C++ to output the following information:

• The total number of students.
• The final result as student name besides his total degree to a file "FResult.txt"
• Ranking students from the best to the worst in a file "Ranking.txt".
• The number of students that fail. (Assume that each subject has a final mark 100).
