President of Damanhour University: Working with Transparency is the Beginning of Success

Prof. Dr. Elhamy Tarabees - President of Damanhour University – held a meeting this morning with the Secretary General of the University,

the Assistant Secretary for Administrative Affairs, the Assistant Secretary for Financial Affairs, the Directors-General,

Faculty Trustees, and Department Directors at the university to discuss the work plan during the coming period.

At the beginning of the meeting,

Prof. Dr. Elhamy appreciated His Excellency Mr. President / Abdel Fattah El-Sisi

for the trust he placed in appointing him as President of the University for four years.

Prof. Dr. Elhamy emphasized that the meeting aims to set a general policy for work during the coming period on a fixed basis according to the university’s

strategic plan and to achieve both short-term and long-term strategic goals, the most important of which are:

- Interest in achieving job satisfaction.

-Development of the organization’s system through digital transformation and mechanization.

- Working on approving some new departments in the organizational structure

- Upgrading the infrastructure.

 -Distributing the Code of Conduct to all administrators to know their rights and duties, as well as the University Student Charter.

 -Focusing on the quality system in the educational, research, and administrative systems.

- Working to develop the university’s resources.

 -Providing logistical support from administrative leaders to students and all university employees.

 -Providing all occupational safety and health requirements.
